2. Orders & Delivery
2.1 Placing Orders
All orders are placed via our website using Typeform.
When placing an order, you will be required to provide a photograph of yourself, your height, weight, and optionally more precise body measurements. This information will be used to select vintage items that best fit your body type. Please ensure the information you provide is accurate.
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the expected delivery time and payment confirmation.
2.2 Payment
All payments are processed securely through Square. By placing an order, you agree to pay the total amount specified at checkout.
Covalet LTD reserves the right to cancel any order if payment is not received or if there are issues with the payment process.
2.3 Delivery
We aim to deliver your complete vintage outfit within 14 days of the order date. Delivery times may vary based on the shipping location, availability of items, and any unforeseen delays.
Covalet LTD is not responsible for delays outside our control, such as courier service disruptions or customs processing delays.
3. Product Information
3.1 Vintage Items & Fit
All items offered on the Platform are vintage, meaning they are pre-owned and may show signs of wear and tear consistent with their age.
Items are selected to fit your body type based on the information you provide. We do not operate with standardized sizes, and there are no size options available for specific items.
Images used on the Platform are representative of the category of items as a whole and not the specific items you will receive. Due to the nature of vintage clothing, variations in style, condition, and appearance are to be expected. Each item is unique, and as a result, what you receive may differ from the images on the Platform.
3.2 Availability
Each outfit is composed of independently sourced vintage items, and availability is subject to stock levels. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you as soon as possible and either offer a replacement or provide a refund.
4. Returns & Refunds
4.1 Returns Policy
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other relevant UK legislation, you have the right to return items within 14 days of receiving your order if you are not completely satisfied.
To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with any original tags still attached. Please note that vintage items may show signs of wear, which are inherent to their nature and do not qualify as faults.
The cost of return shipping will be borne by the Customer, except in cases where the item is faulty or not as described.

4.2 Refunds
